FISH-Kits

The FISH-kits are easy to use, validated tests developed for the detection of bacteria in different matrices. The advantages of the FISH-kits:

  • Easy to use protocols

  • Rapid results

  • Strong signal

  • Validated controls

  • Convenient storage

Our FISH-kits are suitable for several matrices:

The FISH-kits are available in different versions;

  • Microscopic Enumeration version (quantitative)

    • Quantitative FISH-kits with detection using an epi-fluorescence microscope where you can choose between a FITC (495/520 nm) and CY3 (550/570 nm) label.

  • Microscopic Confirmation version (quantitative)

    • Qualitative FISH-kits with detection using an epi-fluorescence microscope where you can choose between a FITC (495/520 nm) and CY3 (550/570 nm) label.

  • Flowcytometric version

    • FISH-kits with detection using a Flowcytometer where you can choose between a FITC (495/520 nm) and CY5 (649/670 nm) label.

  • Other detection possibilities:

Our R&D department can develop a test on request within 1-3 months. Please contact our R&D department for more information.

Scan-kits

Our Real-time PCR (qPCR) Scan-kits give you fast and quantitative results and are applicable for all Real-time PCR systems. All Scan-kits contain oligonucleotides (forward and reverse primer), a Fluorescent probe (Taqman probe or Sybr green) and in most cases an internal control. Note: A Master-mix including dNTP’s and polymerase is NOT included, as our Scan-kits are universal for all Real-time PCR systems. We can give you advise which Master-mix you can purchase, depending on the system.

Our R&D department can develop a test on request within 1-3 months. Please contact our R&D department for more information.
